Refund and Returns Policy | right hijab

At right hijab, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


1. Return & Exchange Period

You have [14 days] from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, any hijabs or accessories that show signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during “Final Sale” or clearance events.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [Your Email Address] or reach out via WhatsApp at [Your Phone Number] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Inspection: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the item.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed:

  • Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your bank’s policy).
  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit to use for future purchases at right hijab.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team immediately.


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product), right hijab will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
